Hope Center - Front Desk Assistant
The Front Desk Assistant will perform essential office tasks such as:
- Greet all Hope Center clients and ensure they sign-in at the volunteer desk
- Pull and return client files, and document basic services in files, such as mail and meal
- Answer the Hope Center volunteer desk phone. Provide answers to basic questions, and direct phone calls to staff
- File client mail and phone messages in the appropriate mail folder
- Be a warm and empathetic listener to client issues
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Scheduling is done at the Hope Center through the Volunteer Coordinator.
