HandsOn Suburban Chicago is the local sponsor of Senior Corps-RSVP, a national volunteer program for individuals 55 and over.
Senior Corps-RSVP helps its members use their skills, talents, interests and experience by connecting them with volunteer opportunities within the 44 communities of Northern Cook & Northern DuPage Counties it serves.

Engage economically disadvantaged students in K-12 schools through programs like Pen Pals, and in-school and after school tutoring.
Assist seniors and disabled persons to maintain their independence and successfully age-in place.
Help economically disadvantaged individuals receive literacy training as well as maintain safe, healthy affordable housing.
