PADS Site Director - Trinity United Methodist
Volunteers are needed in a leadership capacity to serve as Site Director for the PADS overnight shelter program at Trinity United Methodist in Mt. Prospect. Site Directors serve as the main point of contact between the site and JOURNEYS. All Site Directors will be trained and supported by the Shelter Manager at JOURNEYS | The Road Home. Some duties of the Site Director can be found below: •Train leadership team •Ensure procedures are up to date and being followed •Ensure all volunteers are made aware of JOURNEYS policies and procedures •Ensure all volunteers have attended a volunteer orientation at the Hope Center •Ensure all volunteers have attended a site specific training at their site •Weekly review of site issues. Receive updates from leadership team weekly. •Ensure all leadership team members keep information up to date •Gather shift specifics each week and ensure roster is printed and ready the night of •Ensure paperwork is routed weekly and all site and guest specific issues are managed
