We can use YOUR help this season! Help homeless women & children - Volunteer!

The holiday season is not only a busy time for retail stores- but also for resale stores! Join the volunteer team at Community Threads to help produce funding for homeless women and children. Community Threads supports Home of the Sparrow (https://hosparrow.org) by using volunteer labor and donated goods to generate funds that directly impact homeless women and children. From outreach and prevention to providing a variety of housing options, HOS is rapidly growing in the number of homeless women and children they are able to serve. In 2011, HOS served 105 individuals. That number jumped to 831 individuals in 2016. By volunteering at Community Threads, you can spend your time sorting donations, organizing items on the sales floor, or assisting as a cashier. Your time with us is valuable-we can accommodate your service at any time. We offer same day orientation so that we can make the most of your time spent serving at Community Threads. Send us an email and we will get started!
