District 214 Community Education Read to Learn Adult Literacy/Volunteer Program

The major goal of our adult literacy program is to raise the level of literacy of adults residing in the northwest suburbs of Chicago who read and write below the ninth grade level so they are empowered to be a productive and active member of their community.
