Receptionist/Greeter
Position: Receptionist/Greeter
Purpose/Objective: Assisting the main receptionist in answering and managing incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Location: Northwest Compass, 1300 W. Northwest Highway, Mt. Prospect, IL 60056.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls, directing the clients to the correct department, and answering any questions they may have.
Must be passionate about our Mission, and be able to be agreeable to our policy and liability terms, and consent for a background check.
Qualifications: Must have strong communication and organizational skills, and should be comfortable speaking on the phone. Prior experience working a multi-line phone system is preferred.
Time Commitment: As needed on a consistent basis. Flexible days and hours in congruence with normal office hours.
Training/Support Provided: Orientation and training will be provided by Administrative Assistant.
Supervisor: Maria Rose Gomez, Administrative Assistant.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 16+, Minimum Age:16+
