TBS OFFICE Administrative Clerical Support--We NEED YOU
Do you have Office and Administrative Skills?
The job of keeping up with our olunteers and managing their needs is a huge endeavor.Your excellent office and administration skills will help me to not only retain the excellent Volunteers we currently engage, but will also help me to reach out and attract new Volunteers. Without olunteers, simply stated, many of our programs would falter.
If you possess solid organizational and communication skills, and if you are comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, then please contact us.
You should be willing to spend 2-3 hours (if possible at least once a week) at a time helping to keep the administration of volunteer coordination flowing. WE ARE FLEXIBLE in SCHEDULING! You will know that your efforts are helping us to serve a diverse community with needs that continue to grow. Volunteers are our backbone. Help us remain strong. We depend on them; we depend on you. This is a skilled based opportunity.
[Kenneth Young Center provides community mental health and senior services to the northwest suburbs. Clients and their families come to us in some of their most desperate moments, and we help by providing:
- Service coordination and in-home services for frail elderly persons.
- Counseling for adults, children, families.
- Assessment, stabilization, linkage for adults/children in psychiatric crisis.
- Treatment, support, and recovery services for those with serious mental illness. Volunteer opportunities.
