TBS Intergenerational Child Care Volunteer
Volunteers to assist classroom teachers in our childcare and learning center for children age 6 weeks to 6 years old. Volunteers will help to hold the very young children. Volunteers working with the older children will provide extra attention that the classroom teacher cannot provide in group care. This can include, talking, reading, playing games, working on puzzles to enrich the planned classroom activities. Volunteers will not be responsible for cleaning, toileting/diapering, food preparation, and discipline. Volunteers needed between 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. one day a week. Physical is required. Volunteers age 55 and over.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 55+, Minimum Age:55+
