Holiday Gift Giving Program
Our holiday gift program provides three great ways for individuals, groups, and businesses to help make the holidays a little brighter for the women and children we serve.
Gift of Hope: One spark of hope can change the journey of a mother or child for the rest of their life. By giving a monetary donation this holiday season, you can help our families with the large expense of childcare, groceries, rent or utilities. Checks can be made out to Home of the Sparrow.
Gift of Opportunity: By donating items needed on the Shelter Wish List, it provides the women and children with basic needs as they move into the shelter or move out into their own housing. This gives them the opportunity to focus on achieving self-sufficiency knowing that their basic needs are met. Gift of Support: By adopting a mother, child, or family in our program, you will have the ability to provide Support during the holidays. Due to COVID-19 and social distancing restrictions, we are asking donors to purchase gift cards for each family member this year, which will allow the women to shop for their children online. Gifts cards can be mailed or dropped off at our office. Purchasing items on their holiday wish list helps make their Holidays a little brighter.
