Join the Expert Connection--share your expertise with Girl Scouts!
One of the best ways for girls to learn new skills is to hear from someone who really knows their stuff! Would you consider yourself a subject matter expert on a specific topic? Do you have a talent/hobby you want to share? Do you want to inspire tomorrow's go-getters, innovators, risk-takers, and leaders?
We're building an "Expert Connection", expert pool/speakers bureau to help Girl Scouts earn badgework, master new skills and learn from the best! We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to share their knowledge, skills and experiences at troop meetings, events and more. You can choose the details: the times you're available, how far you are willing to travel, and the ages of girls you're interested in helping.

- Express your interest in the Expert Connection on this website.
- We will email you a form to complete that captures your contact information, your area(s) of expertise, availability and other interests.
- Your data will be shared in a spreadsheet posted for Girl Scout volunteers to view.
- Girl Scout volunteers will reach out to you directly to request your help.
- The safety and security of our girls and adult members is our highest priority and for this reason, we require that all Experts complete a criminal background check.
- Although not required for this position, we encourage all volunteers to register as member of Girl Scouts ($25/year). Financial assistance is available.
- No prior Girl Scout knowledge needed.
