Cafe Service Assistant
The Service Assistant supports the Head Chef and Line Cook, providing general cleaning and dishwashing. Essential Job Functions: Cleans kitchen and implements by clearing dirty dishes and utensils from café area; cleaning all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils according to applicable standards; wiping down bus pan area within café; and wiping down sinks. Maintains café, kitchen and storage area by sweeping, mopping, and ensuring the cleanliness of floor surfaces; wiping down surface areas and disposing of garbage using outside refuse containers.
