PTSCC Board of Directors Position
We are extremely proud that Palatine Township Senior Citizens Council (PTSCC) has been able to offer programs periodically throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
As we move forward to the future of 2023 and beyond, we are looking to recruit new PTSCC Board members. As a non-profit the Board is a critical piece to our organization.
- Each Board member ensures that PTSCC is providing the programs & services needed in the community and supports the Executive Director & staff in the mission of “Providing programs and services which support older adults and their families by encouraging independence, well-being and connection to the community.”
- Another key role of the board is to monitor the budget, be involved in a “get or give” to help financially support PTSCC through raising or donating funds and understand the policies & bylaws of PTSCC.
We would love for you to be part of our future here at PTSCC. The staff is committed to offering unique and exciting fundraisers, to expanding the daily activities and adventurous trips, and to assist participants in having access to the services available for them in the community.
