Teens, Students, Adults Visit Hospice Pts. in St. Charles, Batavia, and Elgin!

Compassionate, caring volunteers needed to visit patients in St. Charles, Aurora, Batavia, and Elgin area with Harbor Light Hospice.  Visit with hospice patients who would love you to play music on YouTube, read to them, converse, take for a spin, or take outside in nice weather.  You will be helping others and helping your community at the same time. :)  You can visit during weekdays, afternoons, or weekends.

We require an interview, fill out an application and background check, allow for copies of your Driver's License and Auto Insurance Card, and provide a recent physical and TB Test (or we can take care of that).  Training is 3.5 hrs. and covers all you need to know about the opportunity, plus there is a resource binder about hospice you are able to keep, and we provide ongoing education and events throughout the year. :)  We are very responsive to your questions and needs. :)
