Community Threads is an upscale thrift store selling quality goods at low prices to customers who rely on thrift to stay out of poverty. Store profits go to help homeless women and children and the abused. You will also be part of an important recycling and conservation effort by keeping used goods out of our overflowing landfills. We also support local animal shelters and libraries. The store has many different roles for volunteers. We will help you find the role that fits you the best and provide training. Volunteers receive ongoing support when they serve. Many different service days and times are available to fit every schedule. Community Threads has given away over 1.56 MILLION in grants to our local community to provide shelter for the abused and homeless, support addiction recovery programs and other critical services.
